Job summary

Brown Federal Services is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor I/II to support operations at the PORTS Site in Piketon, Ohio. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for providing construction leadership, field coordination, and technical support within a complex environmental restoration environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of related construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, and coordinate construction and field activities.
• Provide leadership, direction, training, and oversight to construction personnel.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to execute scopes of work.
• Ensure safety requirements, quality standards, contract requirements, and established procedures are met.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction support disciplines, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical and functional support to construction teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve field and construction-related issues.
• Assist with development, review, and implementation of construction plans, policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support QA and training activities associated with construction operations.
• Provide input and support related to project planning, execution, and budgetary responsibilities.
• Promote positive employee relations and maintain effective communication across project teams.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of applicable construction methods, technical principles, and safe work practices.
• Ensure supervised personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety initiatives and work groups as required.
• Perform other construction-related duties and special projects as assigned.
