Job summary

Big-D Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the delivery of a commercial ground-up project in Idaho Falls on a Temple project. The on-site leader will direct project teams, trade partners, and stakeholders while upholding safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction with some travel and per-diem provisions.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination of trades, and vigilant adherence to project plans, specs, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction teams on large-scale commercial projects.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with the project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, quality, schedule, production, logistics and coordination.
• Represents the company in meetings and interfaces with project stakeholders.
• Coordinates and directs all subcontractor and vendor activities.
• Establish goals with the project team and develop accountability.
• Ensure productivity, proper use of materials/equipment, and contractual performance.
