Job summary

41 North Contractors, LLC seeks a Project Superintendent III to lead on-site construction, oversee field staff, and ensure safety and quality on commercial/restaurant projects in Lisle, IL.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, review drawings and schedules, manage subcontractors, maintain Procore documentation, and communicate progress to owners with a focus on meeting critical milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of construction experience, preferably commercial/restaurant.
• Design/build experience is a plus; college education is a plus.
• Proficient with project software and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate all construction services with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and project requirements with PM and client.
• Oversee on-site coordination meetings and safety compliance.
• Maintain Procore daily journals, photos, and logs.
• Monitor schedule, budgets, and quality; enforce standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage inspections.
