Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on multiple sites in Texas. You will supervise workers, subcontractors, and vendors, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in accordance with plans and budgets.

The role requires a strong background in construction leadership, scheduling, and cost control, with OSHA 30, US citizenship, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree may be required, depending on project requirements.
• Minimum 10 years’ construction experience with at least 5 years as superintendent on similar-scale projects.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• US citizenship is required for this position.
• Experience with projects ranging from $1M to $30M is expected.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain construction schedules and solve problems.
• Order materials and schedule inspections as needed.
• Read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Lead the project team in planning and execution of work plans.
• Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Promote and enforce site safety policies.
