Job summary

CPG is seeking a Construction Superintendent IV to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects in Ashburn, VA, with up to 50% travel. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, safety, and daily logs, plus presiding over subcontractor meetings and ensuring clean, organized job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of verifiable construction experience.
• Experience in mission critical construction is preferred.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
