Job summary

The Construction Superintendent IV at CPG is responsible for on-site coordination across all construction phases in Ashburn, VA. You will lead subcontractors, schedule work, ensure quality control, and enforce safety standards to keep projects on time and within budget.

Seeking candidates with 7–10 years of verifiable construction experience, Procore/Bluebeam familiarity, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership on busy job sites.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of verifiable construction experience with thorough trades knowledge.
• Experience in mission critical construction is preferred.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path milestones.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and review RFIs.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and manage on-site documentation.
• Walk units daily to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
