Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior General Superintendent for projects nationwide, including Florida opportunities in Sarasota. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience on large commercial/industrial projects or lead superintendent roles.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and related safety credentials.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates trade contractors to keep the project on schedule.
• Supervises and develops the project team and manages budget for general conditions.
• Lead site walks with owner, architect/engineer, and lenders to show progress.
• Maintain contract-documents knowledge to coordinate trades and plan ahead.
