Job summary

Haselden Construction in Colorado is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on large healthcare and commercial projects. You will partner with the Project Manager to meet schedule, quality, and safety goals while coordinating subs, trades, and field teams.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive construction experience, strong scheduling and coordination skills, and the ability to travel regionally. Procore and construction tech are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction field experience with a general contractor.
• Strong experience in project scheduling, field coordination, safety, QA/QC, and subcontractor management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, plans and sequencing.
• Experience leading large, complex healthcare projects valued at $80M+.
• Travel regionally as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Project Planning: maintain/update CPM schedule with Project Manager; plan labor/equipment/materials; identify risks.
• Site Management: lead field operations, manage subcontractors, coordinate meetings and site logistics; review drawings and specs.
• Safety, Quality & Risk: lead safety program; conduct meetings and inspections; QA/QC to meet standards; document incidents.
• Team Development: set expectations; coach and develop assistants; maintain collaborative jobsite culture.
