This role requires coordinating with clients, management, and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met, while leading crews of 30+ and maintaining strong site

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of post-Journeyman level construction experience on-site supervision.
• Knowledge of different construction markets, project types and delivery methods.
• Experience running large crews and multi-site projects (>30 workers).
• Ability to manage projects >$5M and coordinate permits and codes.

Responsibilities

• Promote job site safety and rectify hazards.
• Coordinate construction activities and supervise field personnel.
• Maintain construction schedule and ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
• Order materials and schedule inspections.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Lead field personnel to complete projects on schedule with quality workmanship.
