Ideal candidates have 8+ years in superintendent roles, strong knowledge of construction processes and the ability to manage complex budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Superintendent role with a focus on multi-family projects.
• Experience in Multi-Family Unit Construction and managing large subcontractor teams.
• Knowledge of construction specs, plans, materials, methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hold pre-construction tactics and coordinate site logistics and schedule.
• Lead safety program on the job-site and ensure a safe work environment.
• Produce and execute project schedule and monitor budget compliance.
• Supervise trade contractors and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and daily job reports.
