Job summary

At C&S Companies, we are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a project-based role in Orange County to oversee trades and manage daily on-site activities for multi-family projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with design professionals, consultants, and clients to ensure work aligns with contract documents, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include directing sub-contractors, planning and executing safely, and maintaining quality on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of General Contracting experience on large-scale projects
• Experience with PEMB, conventional steel buildings, and large concrete production
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs; strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality on job sites

Responsibilities

• Oversee trades and manage daily on-site activities for multi-family projects
• Plan, coordinate, and safely execute work in accordance with contract documents, schedule, and budget
• Interact with design professionals, consultants, and clients; review submittals and shop drawings
• Collaborate with General Superintendent and Project Manager on project execution
