Job summary

AngloGold Ashanti Limited in Nevada is looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead the North Bullfrog Project from engineering to construction. You will oversee construction activities, manage contractor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and permitting regulations.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of construction experience in mining or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risk.
• Familiarity with survey systems (e.g., Public Land Survey System).

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion and quality of detailed engineering deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the Construction Plan and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Skills

Strong leadership aligned with AGA values and safety culture

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead teams and contractors

Knowledge of Nevada permitting requirements

General understanding of mining operations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Construction Management
