Job summary

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a Construction Supervisor – Process for our Nevada operations. You will oversee field construction activities for mechanical, piping, structural, and process equipment installation across mining facilities, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution.

Lead contractors and project teams, ensure adherence to drawings and specifications, and drive safety and efficiency through effective field leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in construction or process engineering.
• Knowledge of MSHA and Nevada construction regulations.
• Experience in mining or heavy industrial projects.
• Ability to read civil, structural, mechanical, and piping drawings.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture per MSHA and AGA standards.
• Supervise installation of mechanical, piping, structural, and process systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering, and project teams.
• Monitor progress against schedules and manage field risks.
• Prepare daily/weekly field reports and turnover docs.
