Charter Homes & Neighborhoods is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the construction of Class A luxury apartment communities in Central Pennsylvania. You will manage multiple complex projects with internal teams and Trade Partners to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

With 5+ years of construction leadership, you will drive daily operations, align priorities with the Design | Build Playbook, and maintain strong relationships with partners to meet budget and schedule goals.

Competenze

• 5+ years of construction management experience on multiple complex projects.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external trade partners to deliver projects on time and within plan.
• Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.
