Job summary

Pinemar in Ardmore, PA is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead custom homes and major renovations. You’ll supervise daily field operations, manage subcontractors, review plans, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while upholding our standards of professionalism and craftsmanship.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, architects, and homeowners to communicate clearly, resolve field issues, and deliver an exceptional homeowner experience from kickoff through closeout.

Qualifications

• : 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction.
• Experience managing luxury homes, custom homes, or major residential renovations.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or similar construction software is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and maintain safe, organized jobsites
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project communication
• Track project progress, schedules, and milestones
• Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs
• Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience throughout construction
