Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent in Big Sky, MT to oversee ground-up projects from site preparation through completion. You will manage company staff and subcontractors, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety and quality on all on-site activities.

The ideal candidate has lead superintendent experience on $2M+ residential or commercial builds, proficiency with Procore, and a strong focus on safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead superintendent with ground-up experience on complex projects.
• Experience on $2M+ residential or commercial builds.
• Procore proficiency and RFI experience.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and on-site safety.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans with the Project Manager.
• Assist in subcontractor selection and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are followed on-site.
• Create and update 4-week schedules.
• Create RFIs and track responses.
• Be the on-site point person for quality control and safety.
• Develop progress schedules and documentation.
• Interact with on-site personnel and resolve issues.
• Lead regular meetings with staff and subcontractors.
