Job summary

Cianbro is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to supervise the total construction effort of complex projects, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule. The role requires eight years of management or craft supervision, a four-year engineering degree, strong leadership and safety oversight, and willingness to travel.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year, exclusive of other benefits.

Qualifications

Four-year engineering degree or equivalent with related experience.
Minimum of eight years construction management and/or craft supervision experience.
Strong knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, and safety.
Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills.
Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Oversee the total construction effort to meet design, budget, and schedule.
Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions including safety, scheduling and material control.
Supervise craft employees and contractors as required by the contract.
Approve project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions and field design changes.
Interface with client representatives and other contractors.
Communicate production goals and quality specifications with project supervision.
