Job summary

CIANBRO is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee on-site activities, ensuring work conforms to design, budget, and schedule. The role involves coordinating safety, scheduling, engineering, material control, and on-site administration staff direction.

The candidate should have a four-year engineering degree (or equivalent) and at least eight years of construction management or craft supervision experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering or technical field.
• Minimum eight years in construction management and/or craft supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods, cost control schedules and safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex problems.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the total construction effort to ensure conformance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions including safety, scheduling, engineering, and material control.
• Supervise craft workers and contractors as required by the contract.
• Authorize and approve personnel transactions, requisitions, and field design changes.
• Provide technical assistance and recommend construction methods and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety programs, and work rules; document violations.
