Job summary

Cranshaw Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our team. This role covers all job site activities and requires the ability to oversee multiple smaller projects while maintaining high safety, quality, and schedule standards.

The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of autonomous work with strong communication to internal teams and external partners. A thorough understanding of project controls and risk management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, facilities management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction projects over $20M.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License, Boston Builders License, NFPA Hot Work Certificate and NFPA Fire Prevention Program Manager Certification and Passive House Certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce safety programs.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule to meet milestones.
• Manage subcontractor safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee project documentation and reporting.
• Serve as primary contact with Owners and Design Professionals and AHJs.
• Collaborate with Project Management to control project costs and support financial objectives.
