BCI Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial, medical, and institutional projects in the Central Minnesota area. Headquartered in Sauk Rapids, MN, you will supervise site safety, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years building/construction management experience.
• 3+ years commercial construction experience required.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and enforce the Safety Program on projects.
• Provide primary site leadership on large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with project team to determine budget and schedule.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet schedule.
