Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects in the Central Minnesota area from planning through completion. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget while upholding our core values.

The role requires strong site leadership, safety program enforcement, and effective communication across teams. A high school diploma and 5+ years in construction management are required; a Bachelor’s degree and Procore

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of building/construction management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial construction.
• Proficient in MS Outlook/Word/Excel/Project.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• SWPPP certification preferred.
• Procore experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and enforce the Safety Program.
• Lead on large-scale projects (ground-up, additions, remodels).
• Collaborate to determine budget and schedule; manage the schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-performing trades.
• Develop action plans to address deviations and keep on schedule/budget.
• Submit weekly manpower requests and maintain four-week look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure plans, specs, and subcontractor agreements are followed.
