BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Central Minnesota. Based in Sauk Rapids, MN, we specialize in commercial, medical, and institutional construction.

The role leads project sites from planning through completion, coordinating clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. Core duties include enforcing safety, managing schedules, and directing subcontractors while maintaining quality and compliance with plans.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of building and Construction Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Commercial Construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project; trained or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning to completion.
• Lead site safety and enforce the Safety Program.
• Collaborate with project team to determine budget and schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and drawings for field use.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
