Job summary

BCI Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in the Central Minnesota area, headquartered in Sauk Rapids, MN. The role oversees projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Typical hours start around 6:00–7:00 am, with a workweek Monday–Friday and varying project needs. Competitive wage starts at $70k/year plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits including health,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of building and Construction Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Commercial Construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Project trained or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and enforce the Safety Program.
• Lead on large-scale projects (ground-up, additions, remodels).
• Coordinate budget and schedule with the Project Team and manage the schedule.
• Direct, supervise, and synchronize subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure plans and specs are followed and QA/QC is maintained.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
