Job summary

Wohlsen Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent III to manage field staff, subcontractors and vendors for a project of varying complexity. You will oversee all activities to ensure timely, on-budget completion and report to the Project Executive.

You will guide other superintendents and site staff, plan and coordinate all work, review contracts for constructability, and manage punch lists with weekly meetings and daily CMIC reporting, maintaining Wohlsen standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction technology, engineering or related discipline or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of field construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff, subcontractors and vendors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate all work on a given project.
• Review contract documents and provide constructability guidance.
• Manage punch lists and ensure deficiencies are corrected before final inspection.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings and regular quality control inspections.
• Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and daily CMIC reports.
