Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction superintendent or leadership role.
• Experience managing commercial or institutional projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedules, budgets, and processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and contract documents.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.

Responsibilities
