Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience on commercial projects over $20M.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project; modeling software a plus.
• Minimum OSHA 10 and safety certifications; Massachusetts licenses preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer safety programs and enforce site safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedule to meet milestones.
• Supervise staff and subcontractors; monitor quality and productivity.
• Direct project documentation, reporting, and communication with owners.
• Control costs and support financial objectives with project team.
