Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
• Builder’s License and Construction Supervisor credentials required.
• Knowledge of Owner Contract documents, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management.
• Experience with scheduling, project plans, and construction processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
