Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects across multiple sites. You will lead field leadership teams, manage staffing and resources, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial/industrial projects valued at $50M+
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects including data centers, healthcare facilities, or major infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of building/electrical/life-safety codes and regulatory requirements
• Solid understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and contract documents

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large-scale construction projects and mentor field leadership teams
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and owner expectations
• Serve as technical authority on drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and constructability issues
• Lead project planning and controls including budgeting, forecasting, and look-ahead scheduling
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across locations
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and trade partners to resolve challenges
