A growing multifamily developer-owner is seeking a Superintendent to lead a ground-up project in South Bend, Indiana. Qualifications

• 5+ years of ground-up multifamily construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience with walk-up, wood-frame multifamily projects preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Supervise subcontractors and jobsite personnel.
• Maintain safety compliance and enforce safety programs.
