CyberCoders is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up Distribution Center and Warehouse projects across Tennessee and Georgia. You will review specs, lead planning, manage budgets, schedules, and teams including subcontractors, ensuring on-time delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in managing ground-up construction.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and change orders.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review project specs, plans, and budgets; staff project teams and subs.
• Lead planning meetings; define scope, budgets, and construction schedules.
• Prepare bid packages; review bids; negotiate and administer contracts.
• Approve change orders; update schedules and budgets accordingly.
• Ensure safety compliance and permit/regulatory adherence.
• Provide regular project status updates to executives; identify risks.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise project personnel and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections; adjust plans, schedules, or budgets as needed.
