Job summary

Trans Ash, Inc. is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site team and oversee all site work. You will ensure safety, scheduling, and quality while coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years of construction experience with heavy equipment experience preferred. BA in construction management is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is needed. Relocation and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA in construction management preferred.
• At least 5 years of construction experience preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction team and oversee all work on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HR, safety, and environmental policies.
• Manage crew hiring, training, attendance and performance.
• Track time, quantities, production and budgets; maintain schedules and project documents.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
