• Bachelor's degree plus at least 10 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman to keep ROJ dates on task.
• Document field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule and report to the PM team.
• Respond to subcontractor field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.
• Provide oversight for the development of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Guide QA/QC program implementation on projects.
• Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in developing proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance.
• Work with the BU Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program.
• Review ReCAP progress for field tradespeople.
• Maintain progression/succession planning with the Operations Manager.
• Manage training for tradesmen.
• Support development of operational plans with Business Development, Estimating and PXs.
• Assist in logistics planning during pre-construction and early activities.
