Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Knowledge of construction means/methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing of trade workers.
• Coordinate work among assigned trades to promote project-wide coordination.
• Manage site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and safety codes.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns, including performance appraisals.
• Create schedules, determine sequencing, and implement recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers on field issues; investigate and resolve.
• Manage billing (WIP) and monthly estimates, payrolls, invoices, and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work conforms to approved contract documents.
