Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced construction professional to support Superintendents and Foremen across projects in the Reston, VA area. This salaried exempt role involves coordinating field trades, tracking ROJ dates, and ensuring progress aligns with schedules.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% is required; SAP and SharePoint experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration.
• Review project schedules; maintain ROJ dates to PM team.
• Document field issues affecting budget, quality or schedule.
