Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project superintendent to supervise field construction on a large project in Reston, VA. You will organize, plan, and schedule work to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality while coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will lead and develop field teams, implement site logistics, monitor critical paths, enforce safety, and manage project documentation and billing in a complex commercial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of related training and 15 years of building construction experience is required.
• Proficient in building systems, codes, cost control, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient in BIM/Lean and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction on large/complex projects to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead and develop superintendents and staff; manage project setup and site logistics.
• Develop and manage project schedules and critical path; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure safety compliance and Turner's standards across all trades.
• Oversee billing, WIP, and copies of contract documents for accuracy.
