Job summary

Turner Construction Company, a leader in commercial construction with a 120-year history, seeks a seasoned construction professional to support the Superintendents and Foremen on multiple projects in Reston, VA.

You will oversee all trade labor hire, transfer and layoff, coordinate assignments, and help manage schedules, QA/QC programs, and safety initiatives while traveling 50%+ as needed.

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate superintendent and foreman assignments across projects.
• Oversee field labor hiring, transfers, and layoffs.
• Review project schedules and ensure ROJ dates are met.
• Develop and maintain Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Support QA/QC program implementation.
• Assist in Self-Perform opportunities and proposals.
