3G Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Omaha area. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with trade partners, owners, and architects while delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee field teams, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with project managers on budgets, schedules, and quality control. This field-based position requires flexibility to travel within assigned regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field with 10+ years in commercial construction.
• Experience leading commercial and healthcare projects.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with trade partners and staff to complete projects on schedule.
• Manages work of trade partners per contract.
• Ensures codes are followed and safety requirements enforced.
• Builds and maintains relationships with owners and architects.
• Constructs buildings per plans and specs.
• Develops daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Mentors carpenters and field staff.
• Plans schedule with a six-week look ahead.
• Manages budget, labor, and cost codes with project managers.
