Job summary

DAP Construction Management is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on federal and government projects across Arizona and nationwide. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on each site.

The role requires deep knowledge of MEPF systems, experience with both new construction and renovation, and proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial/industrial Superintendent experience.
• Experience managing vertical and civil/site utility projects.
• Experience with both new construction and renovation.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems.
• Experience scheduling with MS Project or Primavera P6.
• OSHA 30 or EM 385-1-1 training or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform work.
• Maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6 and ensure milestones.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Maintain daily reports, as-built docs, and project records.
• Ensure work meets contract docs, plans, specs, and codes.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination and safety meetings.
• Enforce OSHA and EM 385-1-1 safety requirements.
