Valcourt Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects. You will coordinate closely with Project Managers, general contractors, property managers, and engineers to ensure safe, on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has experience with vertical and horizontal restoration projects such as facades, parking structures, balconies, and plaza decks, and oversees multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience supervising field crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of commercial waterproofing and building-envelope systems.
• Experience with occupied commercial buildings or parking structures is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily field operations for waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and per plans/specifications.
• Supervise foremen, field crews, subcontractors and vendors.
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity, workmanship, and progress.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to align with project requirements.
• Conduct preconstruction reviews and communicate safety expectations to field personnel.
• Perform regular site walks to verify quality and progress.
