Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring activities follow plan.
• Prepare and deliver 4-week lookaheads to manage expectations and operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to complete tasks on time and to standard.
• Lead crews and allocate manpower for optimal productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders, providing progress updates.
• Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain documentation.
