Jobot is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to provide strategic leadership across multiple commercial projects in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes mentoring field teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will collaborate with project managers and executives, drive efficient site operations, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding an open-book, partnership-driven approach that drives on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–15+ years in commercial construction.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar).
• Experience managing multiple projects and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, executives, and clients.
• Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards.
• Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships and high satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
