Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with project-scale experience is required.
• 8–12 years of construction field experience.
• Applicable area licenses as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day job site activities and OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan and Suffolk principles.
• Communicate progress daily to the Project Manager and owners.
• Maintain project baseline schedule and ensure turnover readiness.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and documentation.
