Job summary

CRB is seeking a Superintendent V to lead on-site construction activities for complex projects in Wisconsin, primarily in Jefferson. You will oversee craft superintendents, coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with schedule and budget.

This role requires extensive travel and strong leadership. Responsibilities include managing multi-million dollar scopes ($2M–$10M) with minimal guidance from senior field leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and compliant execution, and leveraging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering or equivalent job experience required.
• Experience working on complex larger projects required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a project’s construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date.
• Manage complex to highly complex projects.
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activates on projects.
• Oversee discipline specific scopes of work from $2MM - $10MM with little guidance from senior level field leadership.
