Job summary

CRB is seeking a Superintendent V to lead construction activities on complex projects near Jefferson, WI. The role requires coordinating craft superintendents, contractors, and discipline-specific scopes from $2MM to $10MM, with travel responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management, science, or engineering and at least 15 years of experience working on large projects. Proficiency with PlanGrid and mobility tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering or equivalent job experience required
• Experience working on complex larger projects required
• Minimum of 15 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a project’s construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date
• Manage complex to highly complex projects
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activates on projects
• Oversee discipline specific scopes of work from $2MM - $10MM with little guidance from senior level field leadership.
