Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years of related commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Skilled in scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, specifications, CPM schedules, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field staff and enforces safety, productivity, and performance standards.
• Mentors team members and fosters a positive jobsite culture.
• Manages timecards, payroll submissions, and hiring-practice compliance.
