Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across Florida. The role drives schedule, safety, and quality, while maintaining relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

You will oversee day-to-day field activities and ensure contract documentation alignment. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in commercial construction, a track record with ground-up or large-scale projects, and proficiency in MS Office and CM tools;

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing ground-up or large-scale projects.
• Healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules and look-ahead.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and site logistics.
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and field documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and project specifications.
• Drive jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards.
• Manage inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Lead punch list and project closeout activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.
