Markent Personnel seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead all on-site planning and execution of commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $40M in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role offers a base salary of $95,000–$110,000 with truck and phone allowances, plus per-project and annual performance bonuses, and a Office/Remote Flex arrangement.

• Lead on-site superintendent with 5+ years of commercial experience.
• Experience with automotive and/or multi-family construction preferred.
• Must provide a list of completed projects.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• Oversee subcontractors, manage self-performed work, and coordinate resources.
• Create and manage project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality and safety compliance across trades.
