Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead all on-site planning and execution of commercial construction projects in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee site resources, subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control on projects ranging from $5M to $40M.

Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 with truck and phone allowances and annual company performance bonuses. This full-time role offers office/remote flex and a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a lead superintendent on commercial sites.
• Must provide a list of completed projects.
• High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Physically lift up to 100 lbs and walk the entire job site.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and relationship-building skills.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead all on-site planning and execution of commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $40M.

Core Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee subcontractors, manage self-performed work, and coordinate all job resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Scheduling: Create, manage, and implement project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Quality Control: Understand all trade processes to identify deficiencies, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Safety Leadership: Champion an accident-free culture, monitor general health and safety, and investigate any incidents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a lead superintendent on commercial sites. Automotive and/or multi-family construction experience is highly preferred.
• Project List: Must provide a list of completed projects.
• Education: High school diploma required; Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to physically lift up to 100 lbs and possess the endurance to walk the entire job site, including stairs and elevated structures.
• Key Skills: Proficient with electronic communication. Must possess excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Attributes: Highly accountable, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
