Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site planning and execution of commercial projects valued between $5M and $40M. This full-time role offers a flexible office/remote option with a base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 plus per-project and company performance-based bonuses.

You will manage subcontractors, schedule, ensure quality and safety, and provide leadership across project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as lead superintendent on commercial sites.
• Must provide a list of completed projects.
• High school diploma required; Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and walk entire job site including stairs and elevated structures.
• Proficient with electronic communication; excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly accountable, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Create, manage, and implement project schedules with Project Manager.
• Quality Control: Understand trade processes, identify deficiencies, resolve issues, ensure contract compliance.

Base Salary: $95,000 - $110,000

Additional Compensation: Truck allowance, phone allowance, plus per-project and annual company performance-based bonuses.

Role Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee subcontractors, manage self-performed work, and coordinate all job resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Scheduling: Create, manage, and implement project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Quality Control: Understand all trade processes to identify deficiencies, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Safety Leadership: Champion an accident-free culture, monitor general health and safety, and investigate any incidents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a lead superintendent on commercial sites. Automotive and/or multi-family construction experience is highly preferred.
• Project List: Must provide a list of completed projects.
• Education: High school diploma required; Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to physically lift up to 100 lbs and possess the endurance to walk the entire job site, including stairs and elevated structures.
• Key Skills: Proficient with electronic communication. Must possess excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
