A leading construction firm in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee all field operations, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring project adherence to safety and budget guidelines. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and a strong ability to manage projects efficiently while mentoring junior staff. This role involves significant responsibility for project completion and safety standards in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years or more of commercial construction field experience.
• Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Ability to read plans and specs.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all field operations including coordination of subcontractors’ work.
• Manages and mentors assistant superintendents and other field personnel.
• Ensures project is built on time and within budget.
