The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and a strong ability to manage projects efficiently while mentoring junior staff. This role involves significant responsibility for project completion and safety standards in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years or more of commercial construction field experience.
• Five years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all field operations including coordination of subcontractors’ work.
• Manages and mentors assistant superintendents and other field personnel.
• Ensures project is built on time and within budget.
